How membership works

Applications are reviewed by hand. No one is added to the register, and no contribution is recorded, without a named person accountable for it.

Share your business details, LGA and contacts, and certify that contributions will be personal funds.

The secretariat confirms your details. Applications are activated individually by an administrator.

Founding Patron through Friend. Contribution amounts are published and transparent.

Track your contributions, RSVP to events, and download receipts from your member portal.
Governance
Built so that trust is structural, not personal.
Independent, member-funded groups live or die on how they handle money and messages. The hub enforces both at the point of action.

Cash contributions require a second finance user to verify before they count as paid.
No message is ever sent automatically. A human approver must sign off first.
